EasyDue is published by inifo, LLC. App Store downloads are additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

EasyDue is a reminders app for iPhone and Apple Watch. Your data is stored on your devices and, when iCloud is available, synced through your personal iCloud account. We operate no servers and cannot access your reminders.

EasyDue Pro

EasyDue Pro is an auto-renewable subscription ($1.99/month or $10.99/year) purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. If a subscription lapses, your existing reminders keep working; only creating beyond the free tier's limits is restricted.

Acceptable use

Don't use EasyDue to violate any law or to attempt to disrupt the app or other users' iCloud data. That's it.

Disclaimer

EasyDue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Notification delivery ultimately depends on iOS and your device settings — don't rely on EasyDue as your only safeguard for critical, safety-of-life obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, inifo, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
