Privacy Policy

Overview

EasyDue is a reminders app. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Your reminders belong to you: they are stored on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced through your personal iCloud account. inifo, LLC operates no servers and cannot read your reminders.

Information we collect

None. EasyDue does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

Your data and iCloud

Reminders, completion history, categories, and settings are stored locally on your devices. When iCloud is available, EasyDue syncs this data between your own devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) using Apple's CloudKit in your private iCloud database. That data is governed by your Apple Account and Apple's privacy policy; inifo, LLC has no access to it.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. EasyDue receives only an anonymized entitlement from Apple confirming an active subscription — never your name, payment details, or Apple ID.

Notifications

EasyDue schedules its reminder alerts locally on your device. No notification content leaves your device except through your own iCloud sync described above.

Support email

If you email support@easydue.app, we receive what you send and use it only to help you. We don't add you to any list.

Data deletion

Deleting a reminder removes it from your devices and your iCloud database, and Settings → Data & Sync → Delete All Data removes everything. Deleting the app removes its local data; iCloud data can be managed in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud on your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
